I knew Georges Wolinski a bit, he was one the cartoonists which were assassinated January 7 by brainless extremists hitmen, he was a french icon, a very nice man (like all of them, really nice people) and of course an amazing talent...
I remember the occasion I first met him, at Avoriaz Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, he was in the jury, and I was promoting Shocker by Wes Craven.
We had built our office in the center of the ski resort to look like a top-security wing of a prison (snow surrounding made it very unreal).
Inside was a replicate of an electric chair, with the full gear, including flashing lights, sound... Wolinski was invited to seat with other jury members and I filmed the fun...They all loved it for the first 20 seconds, when we tied them and pulled the command lever (big smile on their faces....) UNTIL that moment when they were caught with a surprise vibration in the butt area. :-)
Of course nothing painful, just a surprise.
The surprise factor twisted their face before another great laughter. I wish I could share this hilarious video....just need to find it back
PS Nebraska stopped using the eletrcic chair in 2008
