Our Life - Words with Gods
Los Cabos International Film Festival proudly confirms the presence of Emir Kusturica, Serbian director, writer, producer, actor and musician, at the Gala of Words with Gods.
The acclaimed filmmaker directed Our Life, one of the 9 short films of Words with Gods, which narrates how humanity has created the best idea of 'God'. In addition to discussing orthodox Christianity, he creates the image of a man who always sacrifices himself for his own sake and mental health.
Awarded with the Palme d'Or at Festival de Cannes for Underground (1995), the Silver Bear - Special Jury Prize at the Berlinale for Arizona Dream (1993), and the Silver Lion for Best Director at the Venice Film Festivalfor Black Cat, White Cat (1998). His most recent film On The Milky Road starring the Italian actress Monica Bellucci, will be presented in 2015.
