October 1- 4, 2015: Launching residency program for cinema and VIDEO ART artists, on the Cycladic island of PAROS.
The residency will play host to a select group of INTERNATIONAL artists working on film/video, for an intensive collaborative project between PARIS and PAROS and then all the GREEK PORTS in EUROPE.
The program created by SABRINA BOTBOL: ATELIER INNE-DIT with NICOLAS STEPHANOU - PAROS WEB is a joint initiative by:

Our Mission
Founded in MARCH 2015 PARIS- PAROS brings Greek and international independent film festival to PAROS every end of summer through non competition sections:
1. thematic screenings for LONG FILMS , this year EROS AND FILIA IN FRENCH MOOVIES
2. workshops,with a partenership for short films and video ARTS
3. and parallel exhibition. In TAO S CENTER for documentaries and photos.
4. a web serie about wines in MORAITIS winery
5. a special tribute thanks to INSTITUT FRANCAIS we will have a greek subtitled print of CHLOE DE 5 A 7 from AGNES VARDA.
Beginning in 2015 PPIFF is also pioneering a site-specific visual-audio arts residency based at NAOUSSA OR LEFKES
While PPIFF is international in scope, it takes place within the local context of PAROS; with 5 indoor and outdoor Theatres.
PARk, NIREAS, REX, ARCHILOGOS, TAOS CENTER
The festival works to bringing the local into conversation with the international and universal.
Both traditional and re-purposed spaces around PAROS are used for screenings in an effort to bring attention to the island’s rich historical, cultural and architectural past and present.
In the years to come, PPFP aims to make PAROS a destination for film and visual art in Greece and the broader region and PARIS a welcoming city for Greek artists.
